Vita's coffee beans have been supplied by Quarter Horse Coffee in Birmingham, who select their beans by quality and seasonality, then test-roast them in small batches. The team then evaluate them by flavour and roast the favourites.
Their aim is to develop an espresso that provides the foundations for a delightful milk based espresso beverage, as well as being interesting and complex entirely on its own.
